Mr Big Tops Review – CouponMamaUK

I was pleasantly surprised that I only had to wait 48 hours for my yummy sweets to be delivered. Mr Big Tops very kindly sent me two boxes of their delicious sweeties to review. I must say I absolutely loved the variety on their website.

I also loved the amazing price of Only £3.95 with FREE DELIVERY! For a box FULL of mouth-watering retro sweets how can you say no? Some of them I hadn’t even seen in the shops since I was a kid, from candy watches to kola cubes, it really took me back in time.

The website was so easy to use that my 7-year-old daughter had fun picking what sweets she wanted for our next boxes. you can even add a little personalised message if you are buying this as a gift for someone then this just makes it that extra bit special! There are over 100 different types sweets to choose from and you can even send them directly to someone else’s door!

I don’t know who was more excited, me or the kids? Before I even open the cleverly designed box I could smell all the delicious flavors inside. When I opened the box my eyes lit up, I felt like a child again so eager to munch all these goodies and I was very reluctant to share. 

The sweets were a lot different to the ones you buy in the shops for example when you walk into a pick and mix shop you can instantly tell the sweets have been sat around for god knows how long, had loads of sticky fingers all over them and I always find they can be quite hard and sometimes even stale. The sweets I got in my Big Tops box however were so fresh soft and so full of flavour that even the smell of them made my mouth water!

The day they arrived we had planned to go on a day trip to animal farm and the sweets were going to be part of our lunch time treat but as we all know British weather is very unpredictable and typically  it chucked it down with rain. So instead we closed the curtains and watched some classic films with our classic sweets. Both my children loved the excitement of opening up the doors to find out what different goodies were inside.

Our daughter commented on how juicy they were and asked if she could spend her weekly pocket-money on the next box! My partner said they were very good quality sweets and definitely the way forward. Needless to say they were a huge hit in our house and without a doubt I would rate these amazing clever boxes 10/10. I have put in a subscription for 4 boxes a month. We all got to choose our favorite sweets to go inside but I can’t guarantee I will be sharing them next time!
